The Formula GS710E solution is delivered directly into the exhaust stream through plenum mounted atomizing nozzles located just behind the hood’s particulate separators. The catalyst works in conjunction with the UV system to break down odor carrying particulate, and mask unwanted cooking odors. The use of GS-710E in combination with the UV and supplemental odor sections is highly effective at removing commercial kitchen odor emissions.
